Dunsfold Village Design Statement

The Dunsfold Village Design Statement has been adopted by Waverley Borough Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance for all planning applications in the Parish of Dunsfold. The Statement should be used in formulating and considering planning applications regardless of scale and in reviewing developments which may have an impact on the local environment within the Parish. The Statement has been written for the benefit of residents, architects, builders, The Parish Council and Waverley Borough Council to provide guidance on the issues that the community values. When submitting planning applications applicants are requested to indicate that they are aware of the guidelines of the Dunsfold Village Design Statement and to outline how they feel that their application has taken account of them.
